Ondo Election Update: Akeredolu Of APC Leading With 90,446 Counted Votes

After the voting on Saturday by hundreds of thousands of residents of Ondo State, all is now set for the official announcement of results.

As Nigerians await the final results of the Saturday Ondo State governorship election.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, is leading other top contenders by 90,446 votes announced by the INEC retuning officer.

From the results of 17 local government areas the APC have so far garnered 227,112, while the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Eyitayo Jegede, polled 136,666 counted votes. The Alliance for Democracy (AD) candidate Olusola Oke had 100,544 votes.
