Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia and a
Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Mr Godwin Obla (SAN) are now being
arraigned before Justice H.E Oshodi of the Lagos State High Court
sitting in Ikeja.
The Economic and Financial Crimes
Commission (EFCC) is slamming against the two, a 30-count charge
bordering on issuance of false statement, offering of gratification and
perversion of course of justice.
Justice Ofili-Ajumogobia is the first defendant while Obla is the second defendant.
