Samson Ayokunle emerges new CAN President

President of the Nigerian Baptist Convention (NBC), Reverend Samson Ayokunle has emerged the new president of the Christian Association of Nigeria. The election for the new leadership of the association took place at the National Christian Center Abuja today June 14th.

Ayokunle defeated his main rival, Elder Joseph Otubu of the Motailatu Church Cherubim and Seraphim Movement (MCCSW) with 57 votes to 28. The outgoing president of the association is Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor
